At first, Zendesk’s software was focused on working with small businesses and eventually transitioned to larger companies. They also made a transition from working on incoming customer inquiries at the start into handling all customer communications. In the years after 2012, Zendesk focused more on working with data and automating processes. Zendesk is a publicly traded company. We are more than happy to be utilizing their services as they fit perfectly well with our values and provide us with a convenient way to handle all customer communications.
